Terms of Service
Last updated: October 21, 2026
In short
- The Free plan is free with limits. Pro costs what we agree with you in writing, nothing is charged automatically.
- Your data and your content stay yours.
- If you run a store, you are the seller. We provide the software and take no commission on your sales.
- We work hard to keep everything running, but we can't promise it never fails, so keep copies of important documents.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms are a contract between you and Taresy Agency B.I. (NUI 812081058, Rr. "Jeton Tërrstena", 42000 Vushtrri, Kosovo; "we"). They apply to tardesk.com, the Taresy account (sso.taresy.com), the Tardesk app (op.taresy.com and the other Tardesk addresses we run) and the online stores hosted with Tardesk.
Our company website taresy.com and KOS24 have their own terms. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
By creating an account or using Tardesk you accept these terms. If you use Tardesk for a company, you accept them on behalf of that company and confirm you are allowed to.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 and give correct information when you sign up.
- Tardesk is meant for business use. Each account belongs to a company workspace; the person who created it is the owner and decides who joins the team.
- Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account and your team. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.
3. Plans and payment
- Free. The online store is free with the limits shown on our pricing and in your dashboard (for example number of products, orders per month, storage).
- Pro. You can request Pro in your dashboard or by email. Price and period are agreed with you in writing before anything is charged. We don't store card details and don't charge you automatically.
- When Pro ends and isn't renewed, your store goes back to Free limits. We don't delete your data; you just can't add more than the Free limits allow, and Pro-only features (like your own domain) stop working.
- Other Tardesk modules (invoices, quotes, workshop and others) are set up per company; any price is agreed in writing.
- Changes. We may change the Free limits or prices. We tell you at least 30 days before, and changes never apply to a Pro period you already paid for.
4. Data about your customers and employees
- When you store data about other people in Tardesk (your customers, suppliers, employees, store buyers), you are the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf only to run Tardesk (see the Privacy Policy, sections 5 and 6).
- You are responsible for having a legal basis for that data, for informing the people concerned and for using it only as the law allows. Take particular care with sensitive data such as employee sick-leave records.
5. Running an online store
- You are the seller. The contract for every purchase is between you and your customer. We are not a party to it and are not a marketplace.
- Your obligations. You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions and images, for delivery, returns and refunds, for taxes, and for following the consumer-protection, e-commerce and data-protection laws that apply to you. That includes giving your customers the legal information your country requires (for example your company details and your own privacy notice).
- Payments. Cash on delivery and bank transfer go directly to you. Card payments run through your own Paysera account under your contract with Paysera. We take no commission on your sales; only Paysera's own fees apply.
- Store address. Your store address (name.taresy.com) must not imitate another brand or person. We may change an address that does.
- Forbidden products. You may not sell anything illegal where you or your customers are, including weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, or anything that infringes other people's rights.
6. Buying from a store
If you order from a store hosted with Tardesk, you buy from that store, not from us. The store is responsible for your order, delivery, returns and your data. Its contact details are on its website and in your order confirmation. If something goes wrong and the store doesn't respond, you can tell us at [email protected].
7. Your content and data
- Everything you put into Tardesk (texts, images, products, documents, customer data) stays yours.
- You allow us to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the service (for example showing your products in your store).
- You confirm you have the right to use what you upload.
- You can ask us for an export of your data at any time.
8. Automatic lookups
Some features fill in data automatically, for example vehicle details from a VIN. Their results can be wrong. Check anything important yourself before you rely on it; we are not responsible for decisions made only on such automatic results.
9. What is not allowed
- Using Tardesk for anything illegal, for fraud, phishing or to deceive people.
- Sending spam through Tardesk's email functions or our contact channels.
- Uploading malware or content that violates other people's rights.
- Trying to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, testing our security without our written permission, or overloading our systems.
- Scraping or copying our software, design or data with automated tools.
10. Availability and support
We work to keep Tardesk available and secure, but we can't guarantee it will always work without interruption or errors, and we don't give a guaranteed uptime. We may do maintenance and improve, change or remove features; if we remove something important you rely on, we tell you in advance. Keep your own copies of documents you are legally required to keep, such as invoices. Support is available by email at [email protected].
11. Ending the contract
- You can stop using Tardesk and ask us to close your account at any time.
- We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or when the law requires it. Unless the situation is urgent (for example fraud or a security risk), we warn you first and give you time to fix it or export your data.
- We may also stop offering a service as a whole; in that case we give at least 60 days' notice so you can export your data.
- After an account is closed, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Liability
We are fully liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and where the law doesn't allow liability to be limited. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit, lost sales or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage (for the Free plan: €100).
We are not responsible for the products, content or conduct of stores hosted with Tardesk, or for services of third parties such as Paysera.
13. Intellectual property
Tardesk, tardesk.com and their software, designs, logos and texts belong to Taresy Agency B.I. You get the right to use them for as long as you have an account and as these terms allow; you may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them.
14. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we publish the new version here and update the date. For changes that affect account holders, we inform you by email or inside Tardesk at least 30 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can close your account before then.
15. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Disputes go to the competent court in Kosovo: the Basic Court of Mitrovica or, for commercial disputes, the Commercial Court in Prishtina. If you are a consumer living in another country, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of that country still apply to you.
